Why did you join Scripps PRSSA, and what is your favorite thing about the organization?
I joined Scripps PRSSA to connect with individuals who share my passion and drive. What I appreciate most about the organization is its collaborative spirit and the supportive environment that celebrates everyone’s achievements.
What are you most excited to bring to the chapter this year through your position on the executive board?
In my roles on this year’s executive board, I am enthusiastic about enhancing our video content and broadening our outreach across all channels.
What are some of your recent resume entries?
Recent entries on my resume include serving as the Creative Lead for the 2024 Scripps PRSSA Bateman Team and working as a Communications Intern for California ISO.
What’s your favorite study spot on campus?
My favorite study spot on campus is the Lasher Learning Center.
Where do you see yourself in ten years?
In ten years, I aspire to work at a PR agency in a major city, gaining extensive experience in the field.
What is something important to know about you?
An important aspect of my work ethic is my dedication. I am a hard worker who consistently strives to exceed expectations and contribute effectively in team environments.

Why did you join Scripps PRSSA, and what is your favorite thing about the organization?
I joined PRSSA to learn more about communications, PR and advertising and potentially find internship prospects. My favorite part about it is the friends and connections I’ve made.
What are you most excited to bring to the chapter this year through your position on the executive board?
I’m excited to find impactful speakers and create memorable initiatives for our Diversity Committee.
What are some of your recent resume entries?
Being a Communications and Multimedia Intern at the National Fisheries Institute!
What’s your favorite study spot on campus?
The 3rd floor of Alden Library.
Where do you see yourself in ten years?
I see myself going into a bunch of different industries, but I’m increasingly considering getting my master’s. So in 10 years, I want to have some sort of leadership role at a company or organization, further my education, live in a city and maybe own a dog.
What is something important to know about you?
I’m open minded; I expect the unexpected and try my best to roll with it, supporting others the best I can along the way.

Why did you join Scripps PRSSA, and what is your favorite thing about the organization?
The great friendships and connections I’ve made, as well as the amazing career development I’ve been able to participate in.
What are you most excited to bring to the chapter this year through your position on the executive board?
I hope that I can help all members, new and returning, to build connections within the organization and create a welcoming feel to our chapter.

I just started a new job this summer at a boutique in my hometown, and I became a tour guide this spring at OU. I also recently completed my first internship at MADE Hoops.

Where do you see yourself in ten years?
Hopefully with a job, a support system and living in a city.

Why did you join Scripps PRSSA, and what is your favorite thing about the organization?
I joined Scripps PRSSA to learn more about the PR industry and make connections with other driven individuals. What I love most about the organization is all of the great networking opportunities and the strong community I’ve found.
What are you most excited to bring to the chapter this year through your position on the executive board?
I’m most excited to serve my chapter and fellow members by organizing creative, new fundraising events that bring us together and support our goals.

Some of my recent resume entries include my new position as a Scripps Student Ambassador as well as an office assistant for the School of Communication Studies.

The back porch of the Academic Engagement Center!
Where do you see yourself in ten years?
In ten years, I see myself working either at an advertising agency or in human resources. Hopefully, in Columbus, Ohio, surrounded by family and friends.
What is something important to know about you?
Something important to know about me is that I’m passionate about community service, especially helping animals, which drives my goal to work with nonprofits!

Why did you join Scripps PRSSA?
I joined Scripps PRSSA because of networking opportunities and to learn more about the industry, and my favorite thing about our organization is that I can connect with like-minded peers.
What are you most excited to bring to the chapter this year through your position on the executive board?
I’m excited to host fun events that will boost the camaraderie between our members and inspire new people to join.
What’s your favorite study spot on campus?
College Green!
Where do you see yourself in ten years?
I see myself working for a major PR agency with aspirations to transition to an in-house role. I like the idea of living in a major city, but I definitely want to stay in touch with my friends.
What is something important to know about you?
I’ve always been a bookworm, and I love poetry. My favorite poets of all time are Emily Dickinson and Audre Lorde.

Why did you join Scripps PRSSA, and what is your favorite thing about the organization?
I joined Scripps PRSSA to find people who share my passion and interest in PR and advertising. My favorite part of our organization is the people and connections I’ve made, along with the vast opportunities our chapter brings.
What are you most excited to bring to the chapter this year through your position on the executive board?
I’m most excited to focus on writing while building up, and having a more active Publicity Committee!

I recently added my new position as a front desk assistant for the School of Communications in Schoonover, and I made the President’s List for spring semester 2025!
What’s your favorite study spot on campus?
My favorite study spot on campus is College Green or Donkey Coffee.
Where do you see yourself in ten years?
I honestly don’t know what sphere of Communications I will end up in after college, but I hope to be working for a company that values diversity and community, while staying close to my friends and family.
What is something important to know about you?
I deeply care about advocacy for disenfranchised communities, and I also love graphic design and other forms of creativity!

I really wanted to connect with others who had similar interests. This organization has allowed me to have so many great experiences, such as networking opportunities, trips, conferences and more!

I’m super excited to test out new ways to grow our audience and reach through our social media platforms.

I would like to be living in another state. Hopefully, I will have traveled a lot. I would love to work at an agency and gain a ton of experience!

Why did you join Scripps PRSSA?
I joined PRSSA as a freshman because I wanted to explore student organizations on campus. This one especially stood out to me because it relates to my major. My favorite part of the organization is hearing from the weekly speakers. I also love being part of a group where everyone is so welcoming!
What are you most excited to bring to the chapter this year through your position on the executive board?
As the VP of Visual Communications, I’m excited to bring new and creative designs to the chapter this year. I’m looking forward to helping our chapter stand out and look its best!

Some of my recent resume entries include making the President’s List for the Spring 2025 semester with a 4.0 GPA, as well as my upcoming role as Vice President of Visual Communications on the executive board for Scripps PRSSA for the 2025-2026 school year.

My favorite study spot on campus is either Brenen’s or College Green!
Where do you see yourself in ten years?
I’m not exactly sure where I’ll be in ten years, but I hope to be working in the communications or social media field, possibly for a nonprofit. My goal is to use my skills to help others and be involved in work I’m passionate about!

I’m passionate about building meaningful relationships and getting to know others because I believe strong connections are key to both professional and personal success!
