peer Mentor/Mentee PrograM
Scripps PRSSA invites dues-paying members to be part of our Peer Mentor/Mentee Program, where our Vice President of External Relations, Rebekah Green, pairs an entry level Scripps PRSSA member with an experienced Scripps PRSSA member in order for both members alike to gain a professional relationship that both can carry with them throughout their careers. Mentors are matched with mentees based on similar interests in careers, career goals, companies, locations and/or hobbies. Peer mentor/mentee pairings are encouraged to build their relationships by planning weekly outings and attending any Scripps PRSSA Mentor/Mentee Bonding Events. Scripps PRSSA’s Peer Mentor/Mentee Program lasts the full academic year, but pairings are encouraged to continue building their relationship after their term ends.
