Mentorship Programs

peer Mentor/Mentee PrograM

Scripps PRSSA invites dues-paying members to take part of our Peer Mentorship Program, where our Vice President of Member Relations pairs an entry level Scripps PRSSA member with an experienced Scripps PRSSA member, allowing both members to gain a professional relationship that can carry with them throughout their careers. Mentors are matched with mentees based on similar interests in careers, career goals, companies, locations and/or hobbies. Peer mentorship pairings are encouraged to build their relationships by planning weekly outings and attending any Peer Mentorship Program Bonding Events. The Peer Mentorship Program lasts the full academic year, but pairings are encouraged to continue building their relationship after their term ends.
