This week, our chapter welcomed alumna Suzanne Rosnowski (’01), founder and CEO of Relevance International. Suzanne’s journey began here at Ohio University, where she earned a B.S. in Journalism alongside credentials in French and International Business. Her global mindset was forged early through the Global Leadership Center (now the Global Consulting Program), leading her to gain formative work experience in Hungary and Hong Kong.
After graduating and starting her career in Washington, D.C., Suzanne transitioned to New York City, where she rose to Partner at Quinn within just a decade. In 2012, she launched Relevance International and has since overseen its evolution into a global, full-service agency. Suzanne walked our chapter through Relevance’s strategic growth, including the opening of offices in London and Dubai and its post-COVID pivot to a full-service firm.
A highlight of Suzanne’s presentation was a deep dive into the “Wayne Enterprises Experience.” In partnership with Warner Bros., Relevance positioned the Bruce Wayne brand as a premier luxury brand through high-end retail and digital experiences. Suzanne attributed her own success and the success of Relevance to the practice of visioning, a practice she maintains today, alongside a steadfast commitment to grit and excellence. Suzanne’s parting wisdom for the chapter: In an industry defined by constant change, continuous learning is the only way to progress.
