Olivia Pope: Client has an issue? It’s handled. There’s no task that can be thrown your way that’s too big or too small to tackle. No matter the time constraint or importance level that comes with the situation, you’re able to be level-headed and think clearly to get the outcome that will best please the client. You love to help people in both their personal and professional lives, as interpersonal relationships are important to you. Working with all types of personalities is one of your strengths and something you enjoy doing on an everyday basis.

Fitzgerald Grant: You always seem to find yourself in a sticky situation with a client that seems to have no ideal outcome. Your first instinct is to follow your emotions; straying from your moral compass is something that you don’t like to do very often. However, when it comes down to the wire, you know what the right decision is that will benefit the client in the long run. You tend to stress yourself out too much with work and deserve a break sometimes! Get out blow off some steam with activities such as running, shooting hoops or playing tennis.

David Rosen: The one thing you take pride in is following the rules. You know what your employer expects of you and it’s your mission to comply with those standards as best you can. Chances are you’re still a novice in the PR industry; you realize that there is much to be learned from the great role models around you and you look up to them as an example of how to best do your job. You’re great at listening and working with your client to come up with the perfect campaign that will suit the company as well as be successful with your target audience.

Cyrus Beene: Let’s be honest, you’re a bit of a hot-head. Your biggest struggle is keeping your cool when a client disagrees with your work, but that’s not to say you don’t have good intentions. You’re extremely passionate about your work and will do pretty much anything in order to execute a campaign or please said client. You’re willing to fight for your ideas, but you know when to back down and let someone else take the reigns. You are definitely someone to work with, rather than against.

Abby Whelan: You are the cool, calm and collected one of the group. You know how to drive your point home and make your voice heard without causing a scene. Public speaking is your forte and you’re quick to think on your feet. You value your job and the work you do. No client is less important than another, and no assignment is too small. You are the level-headed co worker in a crazy profession.

Mellie Grant: You were born a leader. Gender roles? They don’t exist in your world. Once you put your mind to something, there is no backing down. You may not always take your stress out in the most productive ways, but you always come out on top and wiser than before. You’re a quick learner and a perfectionist. Team members aren’t afraid to come to you for help with big tasks or client issues, because you always find a solution.
